Stacey Hill
Stacey Hill serves as the manager of the GTA Enterprise Talent Engagement and Events team at The Boeing Company. She is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a BS in Financial Planning/Business Administration (2000), a BS in Interior Architecture/Art History (2004), and holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the City University of Seattle (2016). Over her 10 years at The Boeing Company, she has served in numerous volunteer roles such as Diversity and Inclusion Recruitment Lead for the Puget Sound Facilities & Asset Management Intern Team, Co-Lead of the
(former) SSG Supplier Management Intern Team, Buddy Program Coordinator for the NSBE/BEYA team, and Deputy Focal for the Boeing NSBE Team. She currently serves as the Company Focal for the Boeing NSBE Team and a member of the University of Alabama campus focal team. Most recently, she had the privilege to serve on the Boeing Racial Equity Task Force.
Stacey is a Silver Star (25+ years) member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and currently serves as the Co-Director of the South Eastern Region’s P.O.I.S.E. (Power of Internships in the South Eastern) Initiative. Service to all mankind does not stop with AKA, as she has been a member of the Junior League for over 20 years. She currently serves as a Regional Vice-President on the
University Of Alabama National Alumni Association Executive Council; is the Immediate Past President of the University of Alabama Black Alumni Association; serves on the National Society of Black Engineers Board of Corporate Affiliates; and is a former board member of the Black Alumni Collective.
Stacey was a 2021 Black Engineer of the Year “Modern Day Technology Leader” Award winner and was recently nominated for a 2023 Women of Color in STEM “All Star Technology Leader” award. Over her 20+ year career, she has led Construction Engineering teams for the US Postal Service, the US Army Corps of Engineers, and the Microsoft Corporation. During her time at Boeing she has had the opportunity to lead Facilities Asset Management, Supply Chain, Supplier Diversity, and F-15 Manufacturing, and Talent Acquisition/Engagement teams. Her career journey has taken her to Atlanta, Seattle, Charleston, and
Phoenix.
Mentoring, developing, sponsoring, and opening doors for the next generation of Leaders is her “North Star”. As President of Black Alumni Association, developing the Ready for the Real World career-readiness and college-preparedness program was an example of the commitment to the mission. Serving as an alumni advocate to the University of Alabama NSBE chapter,
alumni supporter of UA First Year Experience Programs BRIDGE (UA Men of Color Initiative), Lucy’s Legacy (UA Women of Color Initiative), and Crimson Scholars (UA First Generation Initiative). Stacey is also an active alumni mentor to her undergraduate chapter, the Theta Sigma Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is a 2023 “Distinguished Alumni” Malone Award finalist at her Alma Mater, The University of Alabama.
Stacey prioritizes spending time with her family and friends while traveling, cooking, and cheering on THE Alabama Crimson Tide and the STEELERS. Prayer and giving back are the centering forces of her life. Daily she is grateful that she gets to work in her purpose and passion for connecting people with opportunities.
