BPA, Inc. is registered in the State of Delaware and was qualified as non-profit by the IRS by the provisions of 509(a)(2) under 501(c)(3) in 2002. Chartered member chapters which do not have their individual non-profit status operate under the National Office non-profit status Tax ID # 86-0852905. Donations are welcomed under this tax number.



TAI Mission

  • Honoring the accomplishments and perpetuating the history of African-Americans who participated in air crew, ground crew and operations support training in the Army Air Corps during WWII.
  • Introducing young people across the nation to the world of aviation and science through local and national programs such as Young Eagles and TAI youth programs and activities.
  • Providing educational assistance to students and awards to deserving individuals, groups and corporations whose deeds lend support to TAI’s goals. TAI also supports the Tuskegee Airmen Award presented to deserving cadets in the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Program.

We provide support and advocacy for over 5,000 African American and minority employees against any type of discrimination in the agency. NBCFAE is an organization comprised of over 1000 members in regions and chapters and is an employee association specifically designed to provide you with highly effective training and creative resources to succeed in today’s business world.

For over 35 years, NBCFAE, a nationwide network, has been dedicated to promoting equal employment for African Americans, female and minority employees; improving employee-management relations and providing an effective liaison amongst FAA employees and the community at large.  In addition, NBCFAE’s positively expands and promotes influence in our community by providing scholarships, presenting Aviation Careers Education (ACE) academies, supporting intern programs, and establishing educational grants and endowments. We have distributed over $200,000 in scholarships to deserving students nation-wide. Due to our endeavors, over 25,000 young people have been introduced to careers
