Rena Cann retired from The Boeing Company after 29 years for service.  As the Lead for Airline Identification Statistics for Reliability, Maintainability and Testability, She managed the statement of work for five analyst located in both Puget Sound and Long Beach.  Her team was responsible for tracking Boeing Aircraft from delivery throughout its life cycle.  Rena facilitated the processes and documentation for keeping vital statistics accurate and available to airline customers.  Most recently, she served as the project manager for the Ed Wells Program professional development events.  Rena earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from City University.   She is certified as a professional and personal coach from Academy of Coach Training affiliated with Antioch University Seattle.  She is also certified as a Change Agent from Pepperdine University.  Her knowledge and skills in organizational behavior, training evaluation, group facilitation and promotions are valuable.
