Red-Tailed Hawks FLY 2023 Cadets are a week into their flight training. Nine-hour days of focused and concentrated ground school, mentoring, coaching and flight instruction have laid a foundation of knowledge. Over the course of the next seven days, they will gain understanding and greater skill. This academy is their pathway to their pursuit of Private Pilot certification and beyond.
