CTLA Essay Writers Soar! A requirement of the RTH Youth Program is write a two-part Continuing the Legacy in Aviation (CTLA) essay. Part one is about a person of aerospace historical significance. Part two is about the student’s own aerospace aspirations. The CTLA essay finalists get to participate in the RTH Glider Project and fly with our partner the Puget Sound Soaring Association (PSSA).
