2018 Future Thrust Awards Banquet

Greetings!

The Red-Tailed Hawks Flying Club (RTH) is a charter of the Black Pilots of America (BPA).
This non-profit organization has inspired and mentored youths from all backgrounds to
follow their career paths in aviation. Through a STEM based curriculum, the RTH is
fortunate to have the expertise of pilots, engineers and other professionals in aviation,
teach their students the principles of flight, aviation history and chaperone monthly field
trips to various museums and flight schools in the Seattle area. In doing so, the RTH has
fostered the careers of many young aviation enthusiasts. Thanks to the dedication of the
numerous mentors and parents, the RTH has become a tremendous exponent in promoting diversity in the aviation field.

Every year, the RTH hosts their Future Thrust Awards banquet to recognize the women and men who have been pioneers in the aviation industry. All proceeds from the banquet go directly to funding flight scholarships for young budding pilots who have completed the RTH Summer Cadet Program.

So how can you help? We encourage you to support our organization by placing a
company advertisement in our Future Thrust Awards Brochure and on our Website. Your donation, big or small, will go a long way towards making the dream of flight attainable for our future pilots and engineers.
