RTH Aviation Day Camp 2018 is in the books! Saturday, 48 students showed up the Museum of Flight for the opportunity to be exposed to the world of aviation. Felix Chiota, NetJets, kicked off the morning by inspiring the campers with his personal story of overcoming challenges to find success, and Harvey Hawks told the Tuskegee Airmen Story. Afterward, the students divided into two groups. Some engaged in the Aviation Learning Center while others flew with the Red-Tailed Hawks Flying Club out of Clay Lacy Aviation. In between, we all enjoyed some Ezell’s Chicken. While at Clay Lacy, a panel of engineers, college students and pilots talked to the students about their possible futures.
