Vismay Patel Earns His Wings! This high school student became a Private Pilot on Saturday. We are tremendously proud of Vismay’s accomplishments and appreciative of his service to the Red-Tailed Hawks Flying Club, BPA.
Vismay is a long-term member of RTH who joined us in middle school and participated in every opportunity RTH offers. He participated in ROADs challenges, and the FAA Airport Design challenge, volunteered as a table coach for Aerospace Science Camp, and served on the ground crew for RTH fly-ins. He has also presented at the Future Thrust Awards. RTH sponsored Vismay at the 2022 BPA Summer Flight Academy and supported him with Red-Tailed Hawks FLY Phase II funding.
