ROADS on Asteroids is a team sport! The Red-Tailed Hawks Dart Division Team HS2 submitted their team patch design. The slick, modern 3-D look represents their future in STEM. The grey metal finish represents space vehicle construction materials. The design includes a Space Needle to represent the Seattle area. The circle represents the asteroid Vista. The ovals stacked pyramid has three meanings. One is an abstract of Mt. Rainer. Two, the three layers represent the team being spread across three states due to pandemic impacts on families. Third, the team viewed the challenge in three phases the Earth Sciences, the engineering and manufacture of the set, and the technology of robotics & drones. The design also includes "RTH" for Red-Tailed Hawks Chapter of Black Pilots of America, Inc.#ROADSonAsteroids#FlyHawks
