Living the Dream! C3C Jaylen Palmer sits down with Mike Swanigan (Captain, Alaska Airlines retired) for an interview. Jaylen shares a window into his aviation journey from pilot dreams to becoming an FAA-certified flight instructor to earning an appointment at the United States Air Force Academy.
We are always cheering for Jaylen’s success. Among other things, he took advantage of every RTH Youth Program opportunity, he was a Red-Tailed Hawks FLY cadet, served as the RTH Alpha Flight Leader, returned to instruct at Red-Tailed Hawks FLY and has competed at BPA Operation Skyhook twice helping RTH win 2nd place in 2022, and 1st place in 2023.
