Another Red-Tailed Hawk reaches for the sky! Amber Jones has passed the FAA Private Pilot Knowledge Exam and is well on her way towards Private Pilot certification. Way to go Amber! Amber has participated in the RTH Youth Program for four years and was one of the top performers during Red-Tailed Hawks FLY 2021. As such, she earned a $10,000 scholarship to continue in phase II towards Private Pilot. Amber is a perfect example of a student member who not only takes advantage of the opportunities RTH offers but also gives back to the organization. Amber has volunteered her service during RTH aviation camps and in RTH fundraising and outreach efforts. Amber has her eyes on medical school and perhaps will be a flight surgeon and/or aeromedical examiner. What is in your future? If you or you know a youth who can benefit from RTH services, now is the time to join. October 1st is the top of our membership cycle. You are never too young or old to become a Red-Tailed Hawks. We will meet you where you are and welcome you in to nest. We are family! www.redtailedhawksflyingclub.org/membership #FlyHawks#onethousandonehundred
